Get help

Email support@investbloom.app with “DetailReport” in the subject. Include your app version, iPhone model and a short description of the issue. Please avoid sending customer photos or personal details unless necessary.

Create a report

Add a customer and vehicle, select a before photo and an after photo, then record completed work and notes. Choose “Preview PDF report” to review the report before sharing it.

Keep your records

Jobs are stored on your device. Export important reports and keep copies somewhere safe before deleting the app or changing phones. DetailReport does not provide an in-app cloud backup service.

Missing a purchase?

Open “Your business” in the app and choose “Restore purchases”. Use the Apple Account that originally purchased the subscription.

Subscriptions

Your first job record is free. DetailReport Pro is an optional monthly, auto-renewable subscription for creating additional job records. Existing saved records remain accessible after your subscription ends.

The app displays the current localized price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting DetailReport does not cancel your subscription.

The first-free-job allowance is stored locally and does not reset when you delete a job.

Privacy policy

Information stored in the app

DetailReport stores the business details, customer and vehicle information, dates, notes, work checklist, and photos you add on your device. These records are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. The app includes no advertising SDK, tracking system, or third-party analytics SDK.

Photos and exported reports

You choose photos through Apple's photo picker. DetailReport keeps resized copies for your job records. Exported PDFs contain the information and photos you add. You decide when to share them and with whom; the destination service's privacy practices apply after sharing.

Payments

Apple processes subscription payments. The app uses Apple's StoreKit to check verified subscription access. We do not receive your full payment card information. Apple may provide sales reports and processes information under its own privacy policy.

Backups, retention and deletion

Device backups may include app data according to your settings. Job records remain locally until you delete them or remove the app. Delete jobs from the job list; uninstalling may remove remaining local app data. Copies you export and backups are managed separately. Removing records or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Support messages and this website

If you email support, we receive the address and information you send and use it to respond and resolve your request. Avoid including unnecessary customer information. This informational website has no app-managed tracking cookies or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.
